Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Here's what words mean in this document:

  • Account — your JellyTrade account
  • Agreement — these terms + any other stuff you agree to when using JellyTrade
  • Forecaster — an expert trader who trades for investors and takes a success fee
  • Investor — someone who puts money with a forecaster
  • Services — everything JellyTrade offers
  • Success Fee — 5% to 30% of profits that forecasters charge
  • Profit Sharing — forecasters earn a cut of net profits

Headings are just for reference, they don't change anything.

2. Acceptance

Using JellyTrade means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. We may update these terms anytime. Keep using the platform = you accept the changes.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+. JellyTrade is not available in the UK, US, or anywhere it's banned. By using JellyTrade, you confirm you're not in a prohibited jurisdiction.

4. Services

JellyTrade is a prediction expert marketplace. It's NOT a trading platform. We connect investors with verified forecasters who trade on their behalf. Investors pick forecasters based on track records and performance scores. Profits are shared. Forecasters charge 5-30% success fee.

We offer: the platform, forecaster verification, fund allocation, profit sharing, fee distribution, and performance tracking.

5. Third Party Platforms

JellyTrade is not a trading platform. We connect you to third-party exchanges. You're responsible for understanding those platforms' terms. We don't run any exchange. You bear the risk of using third-party platforms.

6. Account Responsibility

Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for everything done under your account. We're not liable for unauthorized access. Tell us immediately if you suspect a security breach.

7. Payments

We accept crypto and card. All fees are disclosed upfront. No hidden charges. Success fees only on profits — no profit, no fee. Profit sharing settles per trade. Third-party platforms hold your funds, not us.

8. No Custody

We don't hold your funds. Third-party platforms do. We're not responsible for their actions or inactions. You assume all risk from third-party platform operations.

9. Verification

We may verify forecasters — identity, track record, performance data. We approve or reject applications at our sole discretion. Verification doesn't guarantee performance or profitability.

10. Forecaster Obligations

Forecasters agree to:

  • Provide accurate trading history and performance info
  • No fraud or manipulation
  • Keep transparent track records
  • Follow platform rules
  • Charge only the agreed success fee

11. Investor Obligations

Investors agree to:

  • Do your own due diligence on forecasters
  • Past performance ≠ future results
  • Accept all risks of prediction markets and crypto
  • No illegal use

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, failed verification, or manipulation. You can request termination anytime. Termination doesn't erase obligations accrued before termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes loss of profits, data, or funds. Use at your own risk. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You indemnify JellyTrade from claims arising from your use, violation of terms, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by BVI law. Disputes resolved in BVI courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update terms anytime. Material changes communicated via the platform. Continued use = acceptance of revised terms.
